The 5-axis grinding center, GrindSmart®Nano5, has been designed to manufacture medical, dental and industrial cutting tools with diameters as large as 6.35 mm (.25") in HSS, stainless steel or carbide material.

Applications
The ultra-compact design of the GrindSmart®Nano5 and the tool holding devices during grinding operations ensure productivity and accuracy levels needed in the dental industry.
This model is used worldwide in the manufacturing of dental and laboratory burs/drills, end mills, Lindemann cutters, rotary files, and endodontic reamers. In addition, the GrindSmart®Nano5 can also be employed to grind custom-applications.
