RPG II
The RPG II is a hydraulically-operated Precision Plunge Grinding Machine with a magazine-type loader.
Ideally suited for high performance cylindrical infeed grinding of cutting tool blanks such as drills, form tools, reamers, endmills, as well as precision punches and micro pins.
The RPG II is designed for high repeatability and reliability to unattended production of tight-tolerance parts, with maximum uptime.

Applications
This machine is ideally suited for plunge grinding of cutting tool blanks in the metal-cutting, mold making, electronic, woodworking and semi-conductor industries. The plunge grinding is performed with a plunging wheel dia. 200 mm.
